I hope everyone is feeling wonderful after nearing the completion of the #JenSelterChallenge! Have a drink and relax – you definitely earned it! Life is all about balance, so don’t over-do it, but definitely take some time to let loose and have some fun! Remember that health & fitness is a lifestyle, so make sure you’re making healthy choices and not slurping down calorie-ridden strawberry daiquiris 😝 Most importantly, I want to take this moment to remind everyone what #MemorialDay is about – remembering and honoring those who put their life on the line for our safety and our freedom. A special thank you to our past and current service members. We’re thinking of you always, but especially on this weekend. I thank you with my whole heart for the sacrifices you’ve made for us. Jen Selter @jenselter: The first step to success is to make the conscious decision to succeed. The power of positive thinking works only if you do. If your goal is to lose 10 lbs, take a moment to close your eyes and picture yourself 10 lbs lighter. Envision yourself fitting into the jeans that haven’t fit you in years or a faster mile time because you’re lighter on your feet. Every morning when you wake up, look yourself in the mirror and convince yourself that you can. Because I know that YOU CAN. When you’re negative about yourself, you’re attracting more negativity in your life. When you feel defeated and discouraged, you’re only attracting more defeat and discourage. Instead, change your thinking. Think that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and your momentary defeat will soon be your conquest. I know that you can, and I believe that you can. But it doesn’t matter what I think, or what your boyfriend thinks, or even what your friends think…IT MATTERS WHAT YOU THINK. Think positively, and positivity will follow. Remember: a negative thinker, will always find difficulty. A positive thinker, will always SEE opportunity. ❤️ #JenSelterChallenge
